The gas alarm controller is the brain of a gas monitoring system. It receives signals from field fixed gas detectors, displays concentrations, evaluates alarm thresholds, triggers audible/visual alarms and drives interlocks. When any point exceeds its setpoint, the controller alarms immediately and activates relays to start fans or close shutdown valves.
Both 4-20mA and RS485 / Modbus inputs are supported; channel count scales with project size, and system data can be uploaded to a DCS, PLC or host platform.
1 / 4 / 8 / 16 / 32 / 64 channels, accepting 4-20mA and RS485.
Large LCD showing per-channel concentration, status and alarm information.
Two-level alarms (low / high) with multiple relay dry-contact outputs.
RS485 / Modbus RTU to DCS or PLC; optional 4G cloud upload.
AC 220 V with optional UPS backup.
Wall-mounted or cabinet type for control rooms and duty rooms.
